盐酸氨溴索口服溶液联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿喘息性肺炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨盐酸氨溴索口服溶液联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿喘息性肺炎的临床效果。方法 选取2020年1月至2022年12月三原县医院收治的70例喘息性肺炎患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各35例。对照组单用盐酸氨溴索口服溶液治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联用孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状积分及肺功能。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后,两组咳嗽、哮鸣音、喘息、气促、发热及湿啰音积分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组一秒率、最大通气量、最大呼气中期流量和呼气流量峰值均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论盐酸氨溴索口服溶液联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿喘息性肺炎的临床效果较好,可有效改善临床症状,提高肺功能。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Oral Solution combined with Montelukast Sodium in the treatment of children with asthmatic pneumonia.Methods A total of 70 children with asthmatic pneumonia admitted to Sanyuan County Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ambroxol Hydrochloride Oral Solution alone,and the observation group was treated with Montelukast Sodium on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,symptom scores and lung function of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,the scores of cough,wheezing rale,wheezing,shortness of breath,fever and moist rale in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity,maximal voluntary ventilation,maximal mid-expiratory flow and peak expiratory flow in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Ambroxol Hydrochloride Oral Solution combined with Montelukast Sodium has a good clinical effect in the treatment of children with asthmatic pneumonia,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and lung function.
