小儿咽扁颗粒在急性扁桃体炎患儿中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨小儿咽扁颗粒在急性扁桃体炎患儿中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年10月至2022年10月于平邑县人民医院就诊的84例急性扁桃体炎患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=42)与观察组(n=42)。对照组予以头孢克肟颗粒治疗,观察组予以小儿咽扁颗粒治疗。比较两组治疗效果、临床症状缓解时间、炎症因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组扁桃体充血消失时间、咽痛缓解时间、扁桃体缩小时间及退热时间均短于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组白细胞介素-4、白细胞介素-1β、肿瘤坏死因子-α及C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组(P <0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 小儿咽扁颗粒在急性扁桃体炎患儿中的应用效果较好,可有效改善临床症状,降低炎症因子水平,且具有安全性。Objective To investigate the application effect of Xiao'er Yanbian Granules in children with acute tonsillitis.Methods A total of 84 children with acute tonsillitis treated in People's Hospital of Pingyi County from October 2019 to October 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(n=42) and the observation group(n=42) according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Cefixime Granules,and the observation group was treated with Xiao'er Yanbian Granules.The therapeutic effect,clinical symptom remission time,inflammatory factor levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The disappearance time of tonsil congestion,relief time of pharyngeal pain,tonsil shrinkage time and fever reduction time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-4,interleukin-1β,tumor necrosis factor-α and C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion The application effect of Xiao'er Yanbian Granules in children with acute tonsillitis is good,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors with safety.
