摘　　要：目的 观察无缝隙护理结合饮食干预在小儿慢性胃炎中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年10月至2023年6月滨州医学院附属医院收治的60例慢性胃炎患儿,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组30例。参照组应用常规护理,试验组在常规护理基础上应用无缝隙护理结合饮食干预,比较两组临床症状改善时间、住院时间、生活质量及心理状态。结果 试验组恶心呕吐、反酸、腹痛改善时间以及住院时间均短于参照组(P<0.05);试验组生活质量评分高于参照组(P<0.05);试验组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 无缝隙护理结合饮食干预在小儿慢性胃炎中的应用效果显著,能缓解临床症状,提高生活质量,调节心理状态,值得推广。Objective To observe the application effect of seamless nursing combined with dietary intervention in children with chronic gastritis.Methods A total of 60 children with chronic gastritis in Binzhou Medical University Hospital from October 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received seamless nursing combined with dietary intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The improvement time of clinical symptoms,length of hospitalization,quality of life and mental state of the two groups were compared.Results The improvement time of nausea,vomiting,acid reflux,abdominal pain and length of hospitalization in the experimental group were shorter than those in the reference group(P < 0.05).The score of quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group(P < 0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Seamless nursing combined with dietary intervention in children with chronic gastritis has has significant application effect,which can alleviate clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life,regulate mental state,and is worth popularizing.
