摘　　要：目的 观察一对一责任制助产护理干预在初产妇护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年3月至2023年3月滕州市中心人民医院妇产科收治的70名初产妇为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为参照组(35人)与试验组(35人)。参照组采用常规护理干预,试验组采用一对一责任制助产护理干预,比较两组的剖宫产率、产程、产妇总满意率和分娩恐惧感。结果 试验组剖宫产率低于参照组(P<0.05);试验组产程短于参照组(P<0.05);试验组产妇总满意率高于参照组(P<0.05);试验组分娩恐惧感评分低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 一对一责任制助产护理干预在初产妇护理中的应用效果显著,能够缩短产程,改善分娩结局,减少分娩恐惧感,值得推广。Objective To observe the application effect of one-to-one responsible midwifery nursing intervention in the nursing of primiparas.Methods A total of 70 primiparas in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into reference group(35 cases) and experimental group(35 cases) according to the random number table method.The reference group was given routine nursing intervention,while the experimental group was given one-on-one responsibility midwifery nursing intervention.The cesarean section rate,labor course,total satisfaction rate of parturients and fear of labor were compared between the two groups.Results The cesarean section rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group(P < 0.05).The labor of experimental group was shorter than that of reference group(P < 0.05).The total satisfaction rate of parturients in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group(P < 0.05).The fear of labor score in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group(P < 0.05).Conclusion One-to-one responsible midwifery nursing intervention in the nursing of primiparas has remarkable application effect,which can shorten the labor,improve the outcome of labor,reduce the fear of labor,and is worth promoting.
