摘 要:为了给粉煤灰提供新的资源化利用方法,获得高附加值的合成沸石产品,针对某电厂以神木、印尼混煤为燃料燃烧生成的粉煤灰,采用碱融—水热法将其合成沸石,对粉煤灰及合成的沸石进行了表征分析和吸附能力实验。结果表明,相对于粉煤灰,合成沸石的微观形貌由颗粒状聚集成团簇状,矿物质莫来石消失,变成了硅铝酸钠、硅铝氧化物和硅铝酸钾等组分,傅里叶红外光谱测试图谱显示出现新的峰以及部分峰形、位置发生改变,BET比表面积由5177 m^(2)/kg增大到13233 m^(2)/kg,平均孔径由7.10 nm增大至20.00 nm,孔径分布更加均匀,对废水中铜、铅、镉、镍及铬等重金属离子的最大单位吸附量分别由34.27、92.58、32.53、10.08及14.31 mg/g提高到了110.26、144.39、49.56、52.19及45.14 mg/g。利用粉煤灰合成沸石是一项有前途的资源综合利用和矿物吸附剂制备途径。In order to provide a new resource utilization method for fly ash and obtain high value-added synthetic zeolite products,the fly ash produced by combustion of Shenmu and Indonesia mixed coal as fuel in a power plant was used to synthesize zeolite by alkali fusion-hydrothermal method.The fly ash and the synthesized zeolite were characterized and analyzed,and the adsorption capacity experiment was carried out.The results show that compared with fly ash,the micro-morphology of the synthesized zeolite is aggregated from granular to cluster,the mineral mullite disappears,and becomes the components of sodium aluminosilicate,aluminosilicate oxide and potassium aluminosilicate.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy shows that new peaks appear and some peak shapes and positions change.The BET specific surface area increases from 5177 m^(2)/kg to 13233 m^(2)/kg,the average pore size increases from 7.1 nm to 20.0 nm,and the pore size distribution is more uniform.The maximum unit adsorption capacity of heavy metal ions such as copper,lead,cadmium,nickel and chromium in wastewater increased from 34.27,92.58,32.53,10.08 and 14.31 mg/g to 110.26,144.39,49.56,52.19 and 45.14 mg/g,respectively.The synthesis of zeolite from fly ash is a promising way for comprehensive utilization of resources and preparation of mineral adsorbents.
