东亚飞蝗的饥饿响应及食料筛选研究

摘  要:东亚飞蝗引起的蝗灾是我国农业生产的重大自然灾害,但同时其也是一种重要的资源昆虫,有极高的食用、药用及饲用价值。目前,东亚飞蝗养殖业蓬勃发展,但对其养殖的相关研究却较少。本文对东亚飞蝗的饥饿响应及食料筛选进行了研究。结果表明:在有充足水分供应的条件下,东亚飞蝗的耐饥能力随龄期升高而增强;高龄期、低龄期蝗蝻混合饲养,在饥饿处理下无互残现象;东亚飞蝗取食所筛选的5种供试饲料均可羽化、产卵;取食玉米叶、狗尾草的东亚飞蝗存活率较高、寿命较长、产卵较多,二者是相对适宜的饲料;饲喂白菜叶的雌蝗产卵量最高,可将其用于产卵期;麦麸在饲料紧张时可作为辅助饲料。Locust plague caused by Locusta migratoria manilensis Meyen is one of the most important natural disasters for agriculture in China,but on the other hand,the insect is an important resource insect because it has high edible,medical and feeding value.Although the breeding industry of Locusta migratoria manilensis Meyen is thriving,there are few reports on the field.Hunger response and food selection were studied in this paper.The results showed that the insect′s hunger tolerance increased with ageing of larval instar under the condition of enough water supply.High instar larvae and low instar larvae had no kill phenomenon when they were fed in the same insect-cage without food supplies.Eclosion and oviposition of the insect could achieve with the tested 5 foods.The insects fed on the maize and green bristlegrass had higher survival rate,longer lifetime and more eggs.The two were the suitable foods.Cabbage could be used in oviposition period because female locusts fed with cabbage had the most eggs.The wheat bran could be used as supplementary food when there were not enough food supplies.
