摘　　要：猕猴桃是一种营养丰富、味道鲜美的水果,富含维生素C、钾、钙以及多种氨基酸,被人们称为“果中之王”。永泰县自2014年起引进多个猕猴桃品种,经多年种植筛选出了最适宜品种。目前永泰县猕猴桃已进入丰果期,种植效益显著。本文从建园、栽植、水分管理、肥料管理、搭棚架、整形修剪、花果管理、病虫害综合防治、鲜果采收与贮藏等方面介绍了永泰县猕猴桃丰产优质栽培技术,以期为猕猴桃种植户提供参考。Kiwifruit is a nutritious and delicious fruit,rich in vitamin C,potassium calcium and various amino acids,known as the"king of fruits".Since 2014,Yongtai County has introduced multiple kiwifruit varieties and has selected the most suitable varieties through years of cultivation.At present,kiwifruit in Yongtai County has entered the period of abundant fruit,and the planting benefits are significant.This paper introduced the high-yield and high-quality cultivation techniques of kiwifruit in Yongtai County from the aspects of orchard construction,planting,water management,fertilizer management,shed frame construction,shaping and pruning,flower and fruit management,comprehensive control of pests and diseases,fresh fruit harvesting and storage,etc.,in order to provide references for kiwifruit growers.
