摘 要:结合某隧道工程实例,提出三台阶大拱脚临时仰拱法和设置围岩应力释放装置两种方法,根据现场试验结果对比分析两种方法的初期支护变形控制效果。结果表明,两种方法均能够控制初期支护变形,但从综合应用效果来看,设置围岩应力释放装置更为可行,其优势在于充分发挥出隧址区围岩的自承能力,与初期支护结构共同作用,提升支护效果,且机械化程度高,施工成本低,施工速度快,取得了良好的应用效果。Combining with a tunnel project,two methods,the temporary invert method ofthree-step big arch foot and the stress release device of surrounding rock are proposed.Based on the field test results,the deformation control effects ofthe two methods are compared and analyzed.The results show that both methods can control the deformation ofthe initial support,but from the angle of comprehensive application effect,it is morefeasible to set the surrounding rock stress release device,its advantage is to givefull play to the self-supporting abilityofthe surrounding rock in the tunnel site area,and work together with the initial support structure to improve the support effect,and the degree of mechanization is high,the construction cost is low,the construction speed is fast,and the application effect is good.
