摘 要:研究了现浇混凝土结构中钢筋保护层厚度的检测与控制措施,通过分析非破坏检测和破坏性检测方法,明确了电磁感应法、超声波检测法、雷达检测法等检测方法的特点和应用情况,同时,针对施工过程中的关键环节,如施工质量管理、材料质量控制和工程监督验收,提出了一套系统完备的控制措施。经论文研究可知,通过对现浇混凝土结构中钢筋保护层厚度的全面检测和有效控制,可以为确保结构安全性和耐久性提供技术支持。The paper studied the detection and control measures for the thickness of the protective layer of steel bars in cast-in-place concrete structures.By analyzing non-destructive and non-destructive detection methods,the characteristics and application of detection methods such as electromagnetic induction method,ultrasonic detection method,and radar detection method were clarified.At the same time,key links in the construction process,such as construction quality management,material quality control,and engineering supervision and acceptance were addressed,acomprehensive set of control measures has been proposed.Through research in the paper,it can be concluded that comprehensive detection and effective control of the thickness of the protective layer of steel bars in cast-in-place concrete structures can provide technical support for ensuring structural safety anddurability.
