水利工程施工方案的成本分析及生态型经济的发展研究

摘　　要：针对水利工程中成本控制和生态型经济评估的问题,分别对水利工程项目施工成本的结构组成和生态型经济评估的标准进行探讨,不仅提出了两种施工成本计算方法,还构建了具有普遍性的水利工程生态型经济评估体系,解决了水利工程在施工过程中无法对成本和生态型经济进行评估的问题,实现了水利工程项目对成本的把控和对生态型经济的质量评估。Aiming at the problems of cost control and eco-economic evaluation in water conservancy projects,the structural composition of construction cost of water conservancy projects and the standards of eco-economic evaluation were discussed respectively.Not only two construction cost calculation methods were put forward,but also a universal eco-economic evaluation system of water conservancy projects was constructed.It solves the problem that the cost and ecological economy cannot be evaluated in the construction process of water conservancy projects,and realizes the cost control and quality evaluation of ecological economy in water conservancy projects.
