全程护理管理模式对腹股沟疝日间手术患者出院准备度的干预效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨实施全程护理管理模式对行腹股沟疝日间手术患者出院准备度的应用效果。方法选择首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院疝和腹壁外科行腹股沟疝日间手术的患者作为研究对象,2021年7月1日—2022年3月30日实施常规护理的368例患者为对照组,2022年4月1日—12月30日实施日间手术全程管理模式的370例患者为观察组。比较日间手术全程护理模式应用前后日间手术患者手术取消率、24 h延迟出院率、随访率及满意度、出院准备度的差异。结果(1)观察组患者手术取消率(2.2%)、24 h延迟出院率(2.2%)均低于对照组(9.5%、9.8%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)观察组患者出院随访率(98.6%)、护理满意度(97.7±1.05)分、出院准备度(111.10±6.66)分均高于对照组[90.2%、(91.3±1.36)分、(89.60±13.54)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用全程护理管理模式可降低行腹股沟疝日间手术患者手术取消率、24 h延迟出院率,提高患者随访率、对护理工作评价的满意度及出院准备度,从而为患者良好的预后提供保障,改善患者自我管理行为,保证患者安全,提高医疗护理质量。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of implementing a comprehensive nursing management model on the discharge readiness of patients undergoing day-case inguinal hernia surgery.Methods Patients undergoing day-case inguinal hernia surgery in the Department of Hernia and Abdominal Wall Surgery at Beijing Chaoyang Hospital were selected as the study subjects.368 patients who received routine nursing care from July 1,2021,to March 30,2022,were assigned to the control group,and 370 patients who received day-case surgery comprehensive management from April 1,2022,to December 30,2022,were assigned to the observation group.Differences in surgery cancellation rates,24-hour delayed discharge rates,follow-up rates,satisfaction rates,and discharge readiness were compared before and after the application of the day-case surgery comprehensive nursing model.Results(1)The surgery cancellation rate and the 24-hour delayed discharge rate)in the observation group(2.2%and 2.2%)were significantly lower than in the control group(9.5%and 9.8%,respectively)with statistical significance(P<0.05);(2)The follow-up rate(98.6%),nursing satisfaction score(97.7±1.05),and discharge readiness score(111.10±6.66)in the observation group were significantly higher than in the control group[90.2%,(91.3±1.36),(89.60±13.54)]with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the comprehensive nursing management model can reduce the surgery cancellation rate and 24-hour delayed discharge rate for patients undergoing day-case inguinal hernia surgery.It can also improve the patient follow-up rate,satisfaction with nursing services,and discharge readiness,thereby ensuring a favorable prognosis for patients,improving self-management behavior,ensuring patient safety,and enhancing the quality of medical care.
