摘　　要：推动中国经济实现高质量发展,需要塑造经济发展新优势。作为新的经济形态,数字经济具有技术性、互联性和倍增性等典型特征,通过创新要素的高效集聚与创新组织的精准匹配,重塑经济高质量发展的新动能;通过促进产业变革调整与贸易转型提升,构建经济高质量发展的新格局;通过提升全要素生产率并形成网络效应,实现经济高质量发展新成效;数字经济的发展加速了经济高质量发展不同维度的相互渗透、相互反馈及协同演化的进程。当前,数字经济推动中国经济高质量发展的重点任务在于提高数字创新能力、深化数实融合、增强数字普惠共享及完善数字治理体系。具体需要促进数字创新的加速发展,塑造经济高质量发展的全新动能;加快数字经济与实体经济深度融合,构筑经济高质量发展的主体基石;营造数字网络的生态体系,促进经济高质量发展的绩效倍增;构建数字经济发展的政策支撑体系,提供经济高质量发展的体制保障。New advantages in economic development need to be fostered to promote the high-quality devel-opment of China's economy.The digital economy as a new form of economy is characterized by technical inte-gration,interconnection,and multiplier effect.The efficient aggregation of innovation factors and the precise matching of innovation organizations shape new momentum for high-quality economic development.Industrial transformation and trade transition promote the formation of a new pattern of high-quality economic develop-ment.Improving total factor productivity and forming a network effect help to attain new achievements of high-quality economic development.The development of the digital economy has accelerated the mutual penetra-tion,feedback,and co-evolution of different dimensions of high-quality economic development.Currently,the key tasks of leveraging the digital economy to promote the high-quality development of China's economy are to enhance digital innovation capacity,deepen the integration of the digital economy and the real economy,en-hance digital sharing,and improve the digital governance system.Specifically,it is necessary to promote digi-tal innovation in a faster pace to shape new momentum for high-quality economic development,accelerate the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy to build the cornerstone of high-quality eco-nomic development,create a digital network ecosystem to the multiply the performance of high-quality eco-nomic development,and build a policy system supporting the digital economy to provide institutional guaran-tees for high-quality economic development.
