摘 要:采用简单的水热法制备了以5-氨基水杨酸为前驱体的氮掺杂碳量子点(N-CQDs)。合成的NCQDs呈球形,平均粒径3.45 nm,表面含有丰富的功能基团。在紫外灯照射下,N-CQDs发出绿色荧光,荧光量子产率为10.4%,最大激发和发射波长分别为340 nm和502 nm。加入MnO_(4)^(-)后,N-CQDs的荧光强度呈浓度依赖性猝灭,基于此,构建了灵敏的“开-关”型纳米探针。通过考察紫外-可见吸收光谱、荧光寿命和Stern-Volmer常数,MnO_(4)^(-)猝灭N-CQDs荧光归因于内滤效应和静态猝灭。在优化条件下,N-CQDs检测MnO_(4)^(-)的线性范围为0~14μmol/L,检出限(LOD)为0.14μmol/L。N-CQDs对水中常见的其他阳离子和阴离子表现出优良的选择性和抗干扰能力。该方法已成功应用于湖水中MnO_(4)^(-)的测定。A simple hydrothermal method was used to prepare the nitrogen doped carbon quantum dots(N-CQDs)with 5-aminosalicylic acid as precursor.The synthesized N-CQDs were spherical with an average particle size of 3.45 nm and had abundant functional groups on the surface.N-CQDs emitted green fluorescence under ultraviolet irradiation with quantum yield of 10.4%,and the maximum excitation and emission wavelengths were 340 and 502 nm,respectively.Upon the addition of MnO_(4)^(-),the fluorescence intensity of N-CQDs was quenched with a concentration-dependent manner.Based on this result,a sensitive“on-off”probe was constructed.Through examining UV-visible absorption spectrum,fluorescence lifetime and Stern-Volmer constant,the fluorescence quenching triggered by MnO_(4)^(-)was attributed to inner filter effect and static quenching.Under the optimized conditions,the linear detection range of MnO_(4)^(-)was 0-14μmol/L,with the detection limit(LOD)of 0.14μmol/L.N-CQDs showed excellent selectivity and anti-interference ability to other common cations and anions in water.The method has been successfully applied to the determination of MnO_(4)^(-)in lake water.
