摘  要:中国现代艺术在20世纪初期展开了多方向的探索与实践。随着抗战的全面爆发,大部分艺术家将重心转向了以抗战为对象的现实主义艺术创作,从以唐一禾为代表的新写实主义开始,中国艺术史进入了一个现代性的转向期。作为唐一禾的学生,刘国枢的创作呈现出“人民性”的特征,且在继承前辈精神的基础上对后来的“四川画派”起到了奠基作用。本文试图将刘国枢置于现实主义油画发展的时间维度,讨论其在中国现代艺术史中的方位和贡献。Modern Chinese art has been explored and practiced in various directions in the early 20th Century. After the outbreak of the War against Japanese Aggression, most artists shifted their focus to realistic creation with the War as the theme. With the emergence of the new realism represented by Tang Yihe, a modern transformation began in Chinese art history. Liu Guoshu, student of Tang Yihe, created people-centered artworks, and laid a foundation for the Sichuan School in his efforts to carry forward the spirits of his predecessors. This article tries to place Liu Guoshu in realistic oil painting development to discuss his role and contributions in the history of modern Chinese art.
