摘 要:风力发电是一种绿色清洁发电技术,风能分布不均,存在着弃风问题,基于此,研究基于风电-负荷匹配度的风电消纳能力自动评估方法。创建风电-负荷场景,获取真实风电-负荷数据,计算风电-负荷匹配度,选取风电消纳能力自动评估指标,构建风电消纳能力自动评估模型,明确构建模型的约束条件,基于粒子群优化算法获取评估数值,根据评估规则确定风电消纳能力,实现风电消纳能力的自动评估。实验数据显示:应用提出方法获得的风电消纳能力自动评估时延最小值为11.4 s,评估结果误差最小值为2%,风电消纳能力评估效果更佳。Wind power generation is a green and clean power generation technology.The distribution of wind energy is uneven,and there is a problem of wind abandonment.Based on this,this paper studies the automatic evaluation method of wind power consumption capacity based on wind power load matching degree.It creates a wind power load scenario,obtains the real wind power load data,calculates the wind power load matching degree,selects the automatic evaluation index of wind power consumption capacity,builds an automatic evaluation model of wind power consumption capacity,clarifies the constraints of the model,obtains the evaluation value based on particle swarm optimization algorithm,determines the wind power consumption capacity according to the evaluation rules,and realizes the automatic evaluation of wind power consumption capacity.The experimental data shows that the minimum time delay of automatic evaluation of wind power dissipation capacity obtained by the proposed method is 11.4 s,and the minimum error of the evaluation result is 2%.The evaluation effect of wind power dissipation capacity is better.
