摘　　要：由于线下资源和教师精力有限,但学生人数较多,导致英语资源的利用率低和管理效果不好,为此提出基于MVC框架的英语在线学习资源管理系统。构建MVC框架处理英语学习资源的逻辑性数据,从用户和资源双角度分析,建立用户特征模型,凭借密度用户项目矩阵及模糊类似度的优先比方法计算用户间类似性,找出用户间最类似项目以及其次项目。最后采用专业库管理功能、基础信息管理功能、资源管理功能、查询统计管理功能以及系统管理功能模块,完成英语在线学习资源管理系统设计。实验证明:所设计系统稳健性良好,且学习资源利用率较高。Due to the limited offline resources and teachers'energy,but the large number of students,the utilization rate of English resources is low and the management effect is not good.The MVC framework is constructed to deal with the logical data of English learning resources.From the perspective of users and resources,the user characteristic model is established.The similarity between users is calculated by using the density user item matrix and the priority ratio method of fuzzy similarity,and the most similar items and their sub items among users are found.Finally,it uses the professional library management function,basic information management function,resource management function,query statistics management function and system management function module to complete the design of English online learning resource management system.Experiments show that the designed system has good robustness and high utilization rate of learning resources.
