摘 要:电网运行时容易受随机干扰因素的影响,导致电力系统电网功率状态不稳定。为了有效实现电网功率最优平衡,提出抗随机性干扰的电网功率最优平衡控制方法。以瞬时功率理论为基础,分析电网有无功率的最优平衡自动化控制效果。利用解耦控制方法得到无功功率下的电网功率正变关联关系,通过下垂方程得到电网功率偏移规律,调节下垂系数使电网功率保持最优平衡状态。计算随机性干扰因素的动力参变量,完成最优平衡自动化控制。仿真测试证明,所提方法可以有效抗随机性干扰因素,调节电网工程内部的不平衡性,实现电网功率最优平衡控制。The power grid is easy to be affected by random interference factors during operation,which leads to the power state instability of the power system.In order to effectively realize the optimal power balance of power grid,a power optimal balance control method against random interference is proposed.Based on the instantaneous power theory,this paper analyzes the effect of optimal balance automation control with or without power.The decoupling control method is used to obtain the positive correlation of power grid under reactive power.The power offset law is obtained through the droop equation,and the droop coefficient is adjusted to maintain the optimal balance of power grid.The dynamic parameters of random disturbance factors are calculated to complete the optimal balance automatic control.Simulation tests show that the proposed method can effectively resist random interference factors,adjust the imbalance within the power grid project,and achieve the optimal power balance control.
