新质生产力赋能体育用品制造业高质量发展的出场语境、推进困囿与实践路径

摘　　要：新质生产力为我国体育用品制造业高质量发展提供科学指引。运用文献资料法与逻辑分析法,阐述新质生产力赋能体育用品制造业高质量发展的基本内涵与出场语境。研究认为,新质生产力赋能的内在机理表现为新质劳动者、新质劳动资料及新质劳动对象分别为体育用品制造业高质量发展提供智力引擎、动力源泉及物质基础。新质生产力赋能体育用品制造业高质量发展的推进困囿集中在新质生产力赋能的施展条件不充分、新质劳动者不足以及数据利用效能低等方面。据此提出实践路径:创造新质生产力赋能条件,改善体育用品制造业高质量发展的基础环境;聚焦产学研长效合作机制,创新新质劳动者培养与流动工作;推动数据资源高效流通,激发体育用品制造业生产力效能。New quality productive forces provide a scientific guide for the high-quality development of China’s sporting goods manufacturing industry.By using literature review and logical analysis,this paper elaborates on the basic connotation and the appearance context of new quality productive forces empowering the high-quality development of sporting goods manufacturing industry.It suggests that the inherent mechanism of new quality productive forces empowerment registers as new quality labors,new quality labor materials and new quality labor objects respectively provide intellectual engines,power sources and material foundations for the high-quality development of sports goods manufacturing industry.The promotion constraints on the high-quality development of sports goods manufacturing industry empowered by new quality productive forces mainly lie in the insufficient display conditions for the empowerment of new quality productive forces,thedeficiency of new quality labors and low efficiency in data utilization.Based on these,the paper proposes practical paths:creating empowering conditions for new quality productive forces to improve the basic environment for the high-quality development of sporting goods manufacturing industry;focusing on the long-term cooperation mechanism of industry,academia and research to innovate the cultivation and mobility of new quality labors;promoting efficient circulation of data resources to activate the productive forces efficiency of sporting goods manufacturing industry.
