摘 要:为研究都市圈轨道交通规划对碳排放的影响,将轨道交通全生命周期碳排放划分为建设和运营2个阶段的碳排放。基于都市圈轨道交通碳排放特点,系统梳理都市圈轨道交通规划、建设、运营管理全过程的碳排放构成,分析都市圈轨道交通规划对全生命周期碳排放的影响;在传统规划技术路线基础上,基于双碳目标对都市圈轨道交通规划技术体系进行优化,在规划目标及指标中增加能耗及碳排放指标,在规划技术路线中增加碳排放预测、绿色装备、智慧能源、绿色机制等相关内容;建立了涵盖都市圈轨道建设阶段、运营阶段的全生命周期碳排放模型;并以西安都市圈富平—机场市域(郊)铁路作为案例,从建设投资、客流效益、建设阶段碳排放、运营阶段碳排放等方面对轨道工程方案进行了比选。In order to study the impact of rail transit planning in metropolitan areas on carbon emissions,the carbon emissions of rail transit throughout its life cycle were divided into two stages:construction and operation.Based on the carbon emission characteristics of rail transit in metropolitan areas,this paper systematically combed the carbon emission composition of the whole process of rail transit planning,construction,and operation management in metropolitan areas and analyzed the impact of rail transit planning in metropolitan areas on carbon emission in the full life cycle.According to the traditional planning technology route,the rail transit planning technology system in metropolitan areas was optimized based on the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,and energy consumption and carbon emission indicators were added to the planning goals and indicators.In addition,carbon emission prediction,green equipment,smart energy,green mechanisms,and other relevant contents were included in the planning technology route.A full life cycle carbon emission model covering the rail construction stage and operation stage in the metropolitan areas was established.By taking the Airport Urban(Suburban)Railway in the Fuping metropolitan area of Xi’an as an example,the rail project schemes were compared and selected from the aspects of passenger flow benefits,carbon emissions in the construction and operation phase,etc.
