摘　　要：在数字经济时代,数据资源不断释放价值潜力,数据交易市场建设推动数据从资源到资产的跳跃,为赋能实体经济和推动产业升级提供了重要支持。文章从产业生命周期理论出发,通过对我国数据交易市场的建设现状与面临问题的探讨,结合竞争者数量、市场结构、技术创新性、产业规模等产业生命周期识别的主要指标分析,将我国数据交易市场建设划分为导入期、成长期、扩张期、成熟期等生命周期阶段,并探讨各个阶段的特征。研究认为,当前我国数据交易市场处于扩张阶段,在相关政策的推动下,不可避免会有产业周期的异化现象影响其向成熟期演进,建议从推进大探索、开展大布局、培育大市场、组织大研究等方面立体化开展国家数据交易市场建设。In the era of digital economy,data resources keep unleashing their value.The building of data trading markets promotes the leap of data from resources to assets,providing support for data to empower the real economy and promote industrial upgrading.This study first reviewed the current situation and problems in the building of China’s data trading market.Then,we analyzed the main indicators of industry lifecycle stages,such as the number of competitors,market structure,technological innovation,and industrial scale,on the basis of which we divide the building of China’s data trading market into stages of emerging,growing,ex⁃panding,and maturity in a lifecycle.Finally,we explored the characteristics of each stage.China’s data trad⁃ing market is currently in the expanding stage.Under the promotion of relevant policies,it is inevitable that the industry lifecycle will undergo a process of dissimilation,which will affect the evolution towards maturity.Efforts should be made to promote the exploration,carry out the layout,cultivate the market,and organize the research on a large scale in the three-dimensional building of China’s data trading market.
