摘 要:“新医科”建设契合健康中国规划、创新型国家发展战略以及教育强国战略要求。更是我国高等医学教育创新发展的重要抓手。当前医学院校在发展新医科过程中,面临着人才培养模式、教学改革滞后、协同培养不畅、人才供需失衡的现状。为此,应当重新思考医学人才培养和实施路径,通过学科融合、教学改革、协同培养等方面创新医学研究生培养理念、优化医学研究生培养模式,以期为新时代加快“新医科”建设、培养高质量医学人才提供有益启鉴。The construction of new medical sciences meets the requirements of healthy China strategy,innovative country development strategy and education power strategy.It is also the important grasping hand for the innovative development of Chinese higher medical education.At present,in the process of developing new medical sciences,medical colleges and universities are faced with the status quo of personnel training mode,backward teaching reform,poor collaborative training and unbalanced supply and demand of talents.Therefore,we should rethink the training and implementation path of medical talents,innovate the training concept of medical graduate students and optimize the training mode of medical graduate students through discipline integration,teaching reform and collaborative training,so as to provide useful inspiration for accelerating the construction of new medical sciences and cultivating high-quality medical talents in the new era.
