摘  要:振动是工程应用中普遍存在的一种现象,从地面上运行的汽车高铁,到海上航行的船只以及填上飞行的飞机等,都存在各式各样的振动。振动除了会形成噪声使人感觉不适以外,振动还会引起机械设备、汽车高铁飞机上等部件发生破坏,影响安全。振动试验,就是对安装在这些产品上的设备、部件进行振动试验,检测这些设备、部件抗振的特性,是否符合相应的标准及规范要求,振动试验的正确实施至关重要。本文首先介绍振动的基础理论,对振动的原理、种类有清晰的认识;其次,详细阐述振动试验技术及振动试验实施的重点要素,帮助理解振动试验如何实施;最后对振动试验相关标准以及标准的具体要求进行了说明。通过对振动试验技术及标准要求的讲解,为产品进行振动试验提供参考和指导。Vibration is a common phenomenon in engineering applications,from cars running on the ground to high-speed rail,ships sailing on the sea and filled with flying aircraft,there are all kinds of vibration.In addition to forming noise and making people feel uncomfortable,vibration can also cause damage to mechanical equipment,automobiles,high-speed rail aircraft and other parts,affecting safety.Vibration test is to carry out vibration test on the equipment and components installed on these products to detect the characteristics of vibration resistance of these equipment and components,and whether they meet the corresponding standards and specifications.The correct implementation of vibration test is crucial.This paper first introduces the basic theory of vibration,and has a clear understanding of the principle and types of vibration;Secondly,the vibration test technology and key elements of vibration test implementation are described in detail to help understand how to implement vibration test.Finally,the relevant standards of vibration test and the specific requirements of the standards are explained.Through the explanation of vibration test technology and standard requirements,it provides reference and guidance for vibration test of products.
