摘 要:本文对比CISPR14-1:2011与CISPR14-1:2020标准,以电吹风为研究对象,归纳新旧版标准关于不接地的手持式器具的骚扰电压测试时模拟手的应用差异,详细分析模拟手的施加方法,探讨标准变更目的以及标准变化对生产商、检测机构的影响,对其应用进行规范。This paper compares CISPR 14-1:2011 and CISPR 14-1:2020,takes hairdryer as the research object to summarize the difference between the old and the new version of the standard on the application of artificial hands during the disturbance voltage measurements of EUT without an earth connection and held by hand during operation.The methods of applying the artificial hand are specifically analyzed in this paper.And it discusses the purpose of the standard change and its impact on manufacturers and testing organizations in order to regulate its application.
