摘　　要：本文介绍了一款多管脚芯片的FT测试方法。基于Chroma 3380D测试系统,通过对芯片测试要求进行分析,设计了4-site并行测试外围电路,实现了对该芯片的主要功能与性能参数测试,该方案能够作为通用测试方法供测试设计研发人员中参考。This article introduces an FT test method for multi-pin chips.Based on the Chroma 3380 test system,through the analysis of the chip test requirements,a 4-site parallel test peripheral circuit is designed to realize the test of the main function and performance parameters of the chip,which can be used as a general test method for the reference of test design and development personnel.
