家用制冰机电机噪声的分析及优化

摘　　要：本文通过分析家用制冰机电机的电磁与机械噪声产生的原因并提出了相关优化方案。针对家用制冰机电机的噪声来源,总结了几种行之有效的降噪措施。结果表明,对电机进行技术降噪,可有效降低电机噪声。生产商可针对性地采用一种或多种降噪措施,不断改善用户的使用体验,最终达到家用制冰机的噪声标准。This paper analyzes electromagnetic noise and mechanical noise of household ice-maker motor and puts forward relevant optimization schemes.According to the noise source of household ice-maker motor,several effective noise reduction measures are summarized.The results show that technical noise reduction can effectively reduce motor noise.Manufacturers can use one or more targeted noise reduction measures to continuously improve the user experience,and finally meet the noise standards of household ice-maker.
