摘 要:通过对比分析国内外几种不同的气态氚评价模型,结合国内沿海某核电厂址的环境条件,评价计算了CFETR正常运行及大修年份气态氚排放后对厂址周边公众的辐射剂量。TRS472号报告中推荐的气态氚评价模型考虑了气态氚在动植物间的转移,并区分了动植物中有机氚和无机氚的转移与贮存。而IAEA19号报告和RG1.109导则中推荐的气态氚评价模型仅考虑环境中氚与人体中氚的平衡,计算过于保守。30年模型与TRS472号报告类似,只是对模型中的转移途径进行了简化处理。采用不同的模型计算得到的CFETR在正常运行年份排放的气态氚对周边公众造成的最大个人有效剂量在3.38~14.31μSv/a,大修年份在15.05~63.61μSv/a,与我国国标GB 6249—2011中规定的核动力厂公众辐射剂量约束值(0.25 mSv/a)相比还留有余量,但占较大份额,因此需重点关注CFETR气态氚的排放问题。Several models of specific activity of gaseous tritium were compared and analyzed.Combined with the environmental conditions of a nuclear power plant in coastal China,the radiation dose of CFETR to the public surrounding the site after gaseous tritium emission during normal operation and overhaul years was evaluated and calculated.The evaluation model of gaseous tritium recommended in TRS472 takes into account the transfer of gaseous tritium between plants and animals,and distinguishes the transfer of organic tritium and inorganic tritium in plants and animals.However,the gaseous tritium evaluation model recommended in the IAEA report No.19 and the Guide RG 1.109 only considers the balance of tritium concentration in the environment and human body.The calculation results are too conservative.The 30-year model is similar to the TRS472 report,with a simplified treatment of the transfer pathways in the model.The maximum personal effective dose of gaseous tritium emitted from CFETR to the surrounding public in normal operating years is 3.38~14.31μSv/a,and in overhauling years it is 15.05~63.61μSv/a.There is still a margin relative tothe public radiation dose constraint value(0.25 mSv/a)of nuclear power plant stipulated in China's national standard GB 6249—2011.But it takes a large share,it is necessary to pay attention to the radiation environmental impact of gaseous tritium emission of CFETR.
