摘  要:汽轮机旁排阀位重构建方案,采用了所有旁排阀门的总净开度进行重构。机组在启动、停机和负荷加载时,旁排阀会突然增大,同时蒸汽发生器中的蒸汽在排放至凝汽器内时热负荷也会突然变多,这将造成二回路主蒸汽压力降低、压力不稳定,将影响机组的安全运行。本项目通过研究、分析和采用单组旁排阀位重构建方案,实现了旁排阀的开度平稳,蒸汽发生器中的蒸汽可平稳地排放至凝汽器,保证了二回路负荷的稳定变化,为机组的安全稳定可靠运行提供了参考方案。The scheme of reconstructing the positions of steam turbine bypass exhaust valve is based on the total net opening of all the bypass valves.During start-up,shutdown,and load changes of the unit,the opening of bypass exhaust valve will suddenly increase,and leading to a sudden rise in the thermal load discharge to the condenser from the steam generator.This results in a decrease in the main steam pressure of the Second Circuit and unstable pressure,which can impact the unit's safe operation.This project has developed a scheme for individual bypass valve position reconstruction that ensures the smooth opening of bypass exhaust valve discharge to the condenser,thereby maintaining stable load changes in secondary circuit.This provides a reference scheme for safe,stable and reliable operation of the unit.
