摘  要:粗煤气含有较多的焦油、粉尘、硫化氢等酸性物质和水汽,具有高粘度、易结晶、有腐蚀性等特点。其气体成分复杂,易造成分析系统堵塞、腐蚀等。针对上述问题,本文采用在线分析系统对鲁奇炉出口气体成分进行分析,并设计专用的样品气预处理系统来解决鲁奇炉出口气体中粉尘、焦油等杂质含量较高的问题。通过实时投产监测,该系统能有效地提高出口气体中的有效成分,同时能降低蒸汽的消耗量,从而为企业获取了可观的经济效益和社会效益。Coarse coal gas contains a large amount of acidic substances such as tar,dust,hydrogen sulfide,and water vapor.It has the characteristics of high viscosity,easy crystallization,and corrosive nature.The gas composition is complex,which can easily cause issues such as blockage and corrosion in the analysis system.In response to the above issues,this article adopts an online analysis system to analyze the gas composition at the outlet of the Lurgi Gasifier.To adapt to the high content of impurities such as dust and tar in the gas outlet of the Lurgi Gasifier,we have designed a dedicated sample gas preprocessing system,and through real-time production monitoring,it can be determined that the system can effectively improve the effective components in the outlet gas,while reducing steam consumption,thereby achieving considerable economic and social benefits.
