摘 要:针对市政管廊工程基槽开挖较狭窄,无法采用常规压重平台反力装置进行平板载荷试验的问题,基于锚桩法原理,设计了一种新型平板载荷试验反力装置,该反力装置由侧部立式组件(钢板桩)、型钢反力架(H型)、抗剪钢肋及其连接、位移监测装置组成。试验前对反力装置的侧部立式组件抗拔力、工字钢梁抗弯强度和焊缝抗剪强度进行设计验算,试验过程中对立式组件进行抗拔位移监测,评价装置的可靠性和保证数据的可靠性。通过在某市政管廊狭窄沟槽底平板载荷试验工程实例,验证了该装置的可行性。结果表明,装置具有安装便捷、占地小、适用性强、降低成本和试验数据可靠的优点。In response to the problem of narrow excavation of the foundation trench in municipal pipe gallery engineering,which makes it impossible to use conventional pressure platform reaction devices for plate load tests,designs a new type of plate load test reaction device based on the principle of anchor pile method.The reaction device is composed of side vertical components(steel sheet piles),section steel reaction frame(H-type),shear steel ribs and their connections,and displacement monitoring device.Before the test,design and verify the lateral vertical components of the reaction device for pull-out force,bending strength of I-shaped steel beams,and shear strength of welds.During the test,monitor the pull-out displacement of the vertical components to evaluate the reliability of the device and ensure the reliability of the data.The feasibility of this device was verified through a load test project on a narrow trench bottom plate in a certain municipal government pipe gallery.The results indicate that the device has the advantages of convenient installation,small footprint,strong applicability,cost reduction,and reliable experimental data.
