摘 要:厦门某新建高铁站站房工程屋盖檐口为双曲面弧形结构,其复杂的檐口结构和独特的造型给现场施工带来了不少的高处作业风险。为确保高处作业时人员的安全,檐口施工采用了阶梯式吊架技术,该施工技术主要包括组装吊架平台、将吊架平台固定于桁架上、搭设双排檐口防护架和搭设剪刀撑等工艺流程,具有施工速度快、节约成本等优点,施工技术还通过设置防滑措施、吊架增强稳定措施和荷载不均匀情况下的安全措施,为高空作业人员的生命安全提供有利保障。The roof cornice of a new high-speed railway station building project in Xiamen is a hyperboloid arc structure.Its complex cornice structure and unique shape have brought a lot of risks for high-altitude operations to the site construction.In order to ensure the safety of personnel when working at heights,the cornice construction adopts the stepped hanger technology.This construction technology mainly includes the process of assembling the hanger platform,fixing the hanger platform on the truss,erecting double-row cornice protection frames,and erecting scissors.It has the advantages of fast construction speed and cost saving.This construction technology also provides favorable protection for the life safety of workers at heights by setting anti-skid measures,hanger enhanced stability measures,and safety measures under uneven load conditions.
