摘 要:现有高支模体系工程由于没有专项施工规范,按照同类项目的经验设计施工时,其风险较高,易发生坍塌事故,造成人力物力财力的损失。依托近15年来支模体系的坍塌事故,对众多类型的典型事故进行了事故诱因分析,并依此总结国内外众多学者在支模体系失稳的内部因素及外力因素中的研究内容、研究方法以及研究结果。依据评价结果,分别从结构设计以及施工过程两方面,提出一套适用于高支模体系的优化设计方案。在结构设计方面,通过监测数据与模拟数据相结合的方法,得到新的变密度布局设计,提高了整体的稳定性;在外力因素方面,将混凝土浇筑过程、拆模过程等加入模拟之中,从而得到最优的施工方案,减少外力因素的影响。该种优化思路既保障了方案施工的安全性,同时也为未来高支模专项规范设计方案的制定提供一定的指导意义。Due to the lack of special construction specifications,the existing high formwork system project has high risk and is prone to collapse accidents when designed and constructed according to the experience of similar projects,resulting in the loss of human,material and financial resources.Based on the collapse accidents of the formwork system in the past 15 years,this paper analyzes the accident causes of many types of typical accidents,and summarizes the research contents,research methods and research results of many scholars at home and abroad in the internal factors and external factors of the instability of the formwork system.According to the evaluation results,a set of optimal design scheme suitable for high formwork system is proposed from two aspects of structural design and construction process.In terms of structural design,a new variable density layout design is obtained by combining monitoring data with simulation data,which improves the overall stability.In terms of external force factors,the concrete pouring process and formwork removal process are added to the simulation,so as to obtain the optimal construction scheme and reduce the influence of external force factors.This kind of optimization idea not only ensures the safety of the construction of this scheme,but also provides some guiding significance for the formulation of the special standard design scheme of high formwork in the future.
