摘 要:近年来,集约化养羊业发展迅速,对具有优良性状的羊需求量逐年增加。高效的繁殖技术为羊群体的扩大提供了重要技术基础,特别是超数排卵-胚胎移植技术已经在羊的繁育中得到了高效应用,同时以羊的活体采卵技术、体外胚胎生产技术、幼畜超数排卵胚胎和移植技术等为核心的技术体系也取得了重要进展。活体采卵是指从活体家畜体内回收卵母细胞的技术,是羊体外胚胎生产的重要前提环节。文章对近年来羊体外胚胎生产的发展历程、相关技术应用现状及前景进行综述,以期为羊活体采卵、体外受精和胚胎移植技术的进一步完善提供参考。In recent years,the rapid development of the intensive sheep breeding industry has moved forward the demand for sheep and goats with economically excellent traits.Efficient breeding technologies would lay an important technical foundation for the multiplication of sheep herds,among which,the efficient superovulation-embryo transfer technology has been applied in sheep breeding,and sheep live egg collection,in vitro embryo production technology,juvenile animal live egg collection,in vitro fertilization embryo transfer technology and other technologies have also been achieved with important progress.Live egg collection is the technology of continuous recovery of oocytes from live livestock,which is an important prerequisite for the in vitro sheep embryos production.In this paper,the development process,application status and prospect of in vitro sheep embryo production are reviewed to provide a reference for the further improvement of sheep live egg collection,in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer technology.
