摘  要:地质灾害具有自然环境演化和人为活动诱发的双重特性,架空输电线路地质灾害风险预控一直是电网防灾减灾工作的重要内容。结合架空输电线路常见地质灾害的滑坡灾害、崩塌灾害、地面变形灾害和特殊土地基灾害4种典型形式,分别阐述了每种地质灾害形式的诱发因素、致灾机理、变形破坏失稳机制及其潜在的危险性,从架空输电线路基础工程的设计条件输入、建设质量管控、运行维护3方面,提出了架空输电线路地质灾害风险预控的方法与技术,可供我国电网防灾减灾工作参考。As geological disasters have the dual characteristics of natural environment evolution and human activities induction,geo-hazards risk pre-control of overhead transmission lines has always been an important part of disaster prevention and reduction of power grid.The common geo-hazards of overhead transmission lines can be divided into four typical categories:landslide,collapse,ground deformation and special land base disasters.The inducing factors,disaster causig mechanism,deformation failure instability mechanism and potential danger of each geo-hazard are described.Finally,the method and technology of geo-hazards risk pre-control of overhead transmission lines are put forward from three aspects:the design condition input,construction quality control,operation and maintenance of overhead transmission lines foundation engineering,which can provide guidance for the disaster prevention and reduction of power grid in China.
