摘  要:随着10kV线路配置纵联差动保护的情况越来越多,当输电线路一侧表现为强电源而另外一侧表现为弱电源时,线路区内又恰巧发生短路故障,此时故障电流不会流经弱电源侧,导致弱电源侧电流既无突变又无零序电流,因而不能启动保护装置,两侧差动保护装置无法发出跳闸信号,致使断路器不跳闸,扩大故障范围。详细分析了弱电源侧的短路故障特点以及具体解决方法,为纵联差动保护弱电源侧启动问题提供了参考建议。With the increase of longitudinal differential protection configuration in 10 kV transmission lines,in the case of strong power supply on one side,weak power supply on the other side,and there happens to be a short circuit in the line area,the fault current will not flow through the weak power supply side.As a result,there is neither sudden change nor zero sequence current on the weak power supply side,so the protective device cannot be activated,thus the differential protection devices on neither side can send a trip signal,causing the circuit breaker not to trip and the expansion of fault range.In this paper,the characteristics of short circuit fault on the weak power side and the specific solution are analyzed in detail,which can provide suggestions for the starting of the weak power supply side of the longitudinal differential protection.
