摘  要:变压器油色谱分析方法是通过分析油中甲烷、乙烷、乙炔、氢、一氧化碳和二氧化碳等气体含量的变化来判断变压器内部故障的一种有效方法,故障判断的准确性和变压器油中气体含量检测结果的准确性密切相关。变压器油色谱试验有取样、脱气、分析等多个步骤,影响试验结果准确性的因素颇多。总结了变压器油色谱试验操作过程中发现的若干问题,提出了变压器油色谱试验操作要点及注意事项以减少试验误差。Chromatographic analysis of transformer oil is an effective method to judge the internal failure of the transformer by analyzing the gas content changes of methane,ethane,acetylene,hydrogen,carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide in the oil.The accuracy of fault judgment is closely related to the accuracy of detection results of gas content in transformer oil.Chromatographic test of transformer oil has several steps such as sampling,degassing and analyzing,and there are many factors that can affect the accuracy of test results.In this paper,some problems found in the process of transformer oil chromatographic test operation are summarized,and the key operation points and precautions in transformer oil chromatographic test are put forward to reduce the test error.
