摘  要:空预器作为电站锅炉系统中的重要换热设备,因其上游脱硝系统的氨逃逸现象不可避免,普遍存在较严重的堵灰问题。通过深入分析空预器堵灰机理,参考国内一些燃煤电厂在回转式空预器上采用“单侧提烟温”措施进行堵灰治理的应用案例,提出了基于分区升温控制技术解决管式空预器堵灰问题的新思路,并以国内某石化集团热电厂为例,采用数值建模对所提技术路线进行计算校核论证。模拟结果表明,采用“分区升温控制技术”在空预器低温段进行分区升温时,风侧阻力上升不超过100Pa,平均排烟温度上升不超过3℃,对锅炉风烟系统运行安全性及经济性影响较小。Air preheater is an important heat transfer equipment in power plant boiler system and ammonia escape phenomenon is inevitable because of its upstream denitration system,leading to a serious ash blocking problem everywhere.Based on an in-depth analysis of the air preheater blocking mechanism,with reference to the application cases of some domestic coal-fired power plants which use the“unilateral smoke temperature lifting”measure on the rotary air preheater for ash blocking treatment,a new idea is proposed to solve the ash blocking problem of tubular air preheater based on zonal temperature rise control technology.And with the thermal power plant of a domestic petrochemical group as an example,numerical modeling is used to calculate and verify the proposed technical route.The simulation results show that when the“zonal temperature rise control technology”is used for zonal temperature rise in the low temperature section of air preheater,the wind side resistance rise is no more than 100 Pa,the average exhaust temperature rise is no more than 3℃,which has little effect on the operation safety and economy of the boiler exhaust system.
