摘　　要：通过探讨大脑默认网络功能损害的病理机制与脏藏精功能受损的相关性,揭示脏藏精功能受损是原发性失眠的病机核心,并基于《素问·脏气法时论》“病-脏-药”三位一体的“气味合和”理论,以心、肝、脾三脏功能失衡为内核,探究大脑默认网络功能损害的中医证治,以期为临床防治原发性失眠大脑默认网络功能损害探索新思路。By exploring the correlation between the pathological mechanism of the brain default network function damage and the impaired function of viscus storing essence,it reveals that the impaired function of viscus storing essence is the core of the pathogenesis of primary insomnia.And based on the theory of"Odor Harmony and Harmonization"of the trinity of"Disease-Organ-Medicine"of the"Su Wen-Organ-Qi Fashi Lun",and with the imbalance of the functions of heart,liver,and spleen as the core,this paper explores syndrome differentiation and treatment in Chinese medicine of the brain default network function damage with a view to exploring new ways for the clinical prevention and treatment of primary insomnia caused by the functional impairment of the brain default network.
