摘  要:针对解魔方机器人,设计了一种基于LabVIEW的解魔方机器人,系统具有自动和手动两种模式,以满足求解魔方、魔方教学的需求。系统上位机基于LabVIEW开发平台,系统下位机主要由STC89C52单片机、ULN2003驱动模块、28BYJ-48步进电机、电源模块等组成。使用手机摄像头对魔方六面进行拍照,利用上位机程序,对上传成功的魔方图片进行三维孪生建模,并求解出正确的魔方还原步骤。通过通信模块将魔方还原步骤数据发送到下位机,控制步进电机执行还原步骤解出魔方。实际应用表明,系统具有结构简单、装配方便、成本低等特点。For the Rubik's Cube solving robot,a Rubik's Cube solving robot based on LabVIEW is designed.The system has two modes of automatic and manual,to meet the needs of solving Rubik's Cube and Rubik's Cube teaching.The upper computer of this system is based on LabVIEW development platform,and the lower computer of the system mainly consists of STC89C52 microcontroller,ULN2003driver module,28BYJ-48 stepper motor and power supply module.Using the cell phone camera to take pictures of the six sides of the Rubik's Cube,and the upper computer program is used to model the 3D twin of the successfully uploaded Rubik's Cube pictures,and solve the correct Rubik's Cube restoration steps.The data of the Rubik's Cube reduction steps are sent to the lower computer through the communication module,and the stepper motor is controlled to execute the reduction steps to solve the Rubik's Cube.The practical application shows that the system has the characteristics of simple structure,easy assembly and low cost.
