摘 要:光伏发电系统输出的电压随环境而变化,导致光伏消纳效果不佳,为此提出交直流混合配电台区光伏消纳优化控制方法。根据光伏电源接入充电站的配电台区互联结构,制定多台区光伏消纳分区管理模式。充分考虑能源转换设备运行约束,构建火电-光伏-用电设备出力模型,通过对火电机组运行成本、光伏未消纳、负荷需求响应补偿成本等因素的调控实现削峰填谷。采用能量交互控制模式改善光伏发电特性,以输出的最大无功为目标,实现光伏消纳优化控制。实验结果表明,该方法与实际输出电压基本一致,只有在无遮挡情况下,场景1有小部分输出电压未超过200 V,说明该方法的光伏消纳效果较好。The output voltage of the photovoltaic power generation system varies with the environment,resulting in poor photovoltaic absorption effect.For this reason,an optimal control method for photovoltaic absorption in the AC/DC hybrid distribution station area is proposed.According to the interconnection structure of the distribution station area where the photovoltaic power source is connected to the charging station,the photovoltaic consumption area management mode of multiple stations is formulated.Fully consider the operation constraints of energy conversion equipment,build a thermal power-photovoltaic-electric equipment output model,and realize peak shaving and valley filling by adjusting factors such as the operating cost of thermal power units,the unconsumption of photovoltaics,and the compensation cost of load demand response.The energy interactive control mode is used to improve the characteristics of photovoltaic power generation,and the maximum reactive power output is the goal to realize the optimal control of photovoltaic consumption.The experimental results show that the method is basically consistent with the actual output voltage.Only in the case of no occlusion,a small part of the output voltage in scene1 does not exceed 200 V,indicating that the photovoltaic absorption effect of this method is good.
