摘　　要：炎症后色素沉着(PIH)是一种继发于各种急慢性炎症后的常见色素沉着疾病,综述了PIH的类型及发病影响因素,从化妆品角度提出从角质屏障修复、基底膜修复、皮肤微生态平衡、抗紫外线以及抗氧化等方面预防PIH的形成以及PIH治疗后的维稳方案,以期为美白护肤品的配方开发提供一定的参考价值。Post-inflammatory pigmentation(PIH)is a common pigmentation disease secondary to various acute and chronic inflammation.The types and influencing factors of PIH were reviewed.The cosmetic schemes of PIH prevention and skin stability maintenance after PIH treatment were summarized,such as keratin barrier repair,basement membrane repair,skin microecological balance,ultraviolet light protection and active oxide protection.It aims to provide references for the formulation development of whitening skincare products.
