摘 要:基于流固耦合有限元数值模拟方法,模拟了不同注入压力、水泥环弹性模量和泊松比下水泥环密封失效范围。结果表明:高注入压力的卸载会引发水泥环界面的脱粘,使得泥岩层力学性能降低,增大注入井周围的剪切滑移量,加剧了注入井发生套变的可能;水泥环弹性模量的减小,能够缩小水泥环界面失效的范围,同时增大注入压力宽裕度,提高了水泥环水力封隔能力;随着水泥环泊松比的增加,水压宽裕度逐渐增加,水泥环水力封隔能力逐渐增强,因此为防止发生窜槽,固井时应选取高泊松比的水泥环。Based on the method of fluid-solid coupling finite element numerical simulation,the failure range of cement sheath seals at different injection pressures,cement sheath elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio was simulated to show that,the offloading at high injection pressure will de-bond the cement sheath interface,reduce the mechanical properties of mudstone layer,increase the shear slip around injection well,and intensify the possibility of casing deformation there;the reduction of the elastic modulus of the cement sheath can reduce interface failure range of the cement sheath,and increase the injection pressure margin and improve the hydraulic sealing ability of the cement sheath;when the Poisson's ratio of cement to mud increases,the water pressure margin gradually increases,and the hydraulic sealing ability of the cement sheath gradually increases.Therefore,a higher Poisson's ratio cement sheath should be selected in cementing wells against the channeling.
