摘 要:回转炉内化学气相沉积包覆是生产锂电池硅碳负极的主要方法。回转炉结构影响颗粒的运动特性进而影响颗粒的包覆效率和包覆均匀性。应用离散元方法模拟颗粒运动,以颗粒堆积角为响应值,基于HEEDS软件对DEM仿真所需参数进行参数标定,设计回转炉实验验证参数可靠性,结果表明,仿真与实验颗粒分布特性相似。回转炉运动仿真分析颗粒的运动和分布特性,以轴向分布方差和数量高度分布为颗粒离散度性能指标,设计更优的回转炉结构。The chemical vapor deposition(CVD)method is the main method to produce silicon carbon cathodes of lithium-ion batteries in rotary kiln.The structure of rotary kiln influences the granular motion characteristics which affecting both coating efficiency and uniformity of particles.In this paper,having the discrete element method(DEM)used to simulate particle movement,and the particle stacking angle taken as the response value,and HEEDS software based to calibrate the parameters required by DEM simulation,as well as the rotary furnace designed to verify reliability of the parameters.The results show that,the discrete element simulation and experimental results tend to be consistent.The DEM model can be used to analyze particle distribution in the rotary kiln,including having axial variance and height distribution defined as indicators of particle distribution to design rotary kiln’s more superior structure.
