摘  要:针对缺陷安全性评价,开发了压力管道应力分析与安全性智能评价软件系统,集压力管道数据管理-应力分析-智能评估-报告输出功能于一体。将无损检测获得的缺陷数据导入软件,自动建立含缺陷的三维有限元模型并进行应力计算分析,自动结合相关安全标准对含缺陷的管道进行安全评定,形成评价报告。该软件提高了管道检测与评价的精准性、可靠性与高效性。In this paper,aiming at safety evaluation of defects,a software system for analyzing the stress and intelligently assessing the safety of pressure pipelines was developed,which boasts of the data management,stress analysis,intelligent evaluation and report output of pressure pipelines,including having the defect data obtained by non-destructive testing imported into the software,and 3D finite element model containing defects automatically established and the stress calculation and analysis implemented,the safety assessment of the pipeline containing defects automatically performed according to the relevant safety standards,as well as the evaluation report produced.The software can improve the accuracy,reliability and efficiency of pipeline detection and evaluation.
