摘  要:为解决燃煤热电厂冷却塔系统可靠性问题,课题组提出一种基于随机Petri网的可靠性分析方法。该方法利用SPN模型对业务流程中冷却塔群组以及维修团队进行建模,对不同的运行策略进行模拟评估以优化系统可靠性,模型可细化到电池可靠性的变化、负载条件和单元故障模式的不确定性。研究通过示例评估了维修维护团队数量和预测性维护对系统可用性的影响,并定义了合适的操作配置和维修资源以实现目标可用性,利用故障的历史数据对仿真系统的可靠性和可用性进行了分析,结果表明:在系统运行时间内双维护团队的可靠性高于单维护团队,且随时长增加优势更加明显。To address the issue of reliability in the cooling tower systems of coal-fired thermal power plants,a reliability analysis method is proposed based on stochastic Petri nets.In the method,an SPN model is applied to model the cooling tower clusters and maintenance teams within operational processes,and simulates and evaluates different operational strategies to optimize its reliability by capturing the nuances of changes in battery reliability,loading conditions,and the uncertainties in regard to unit failure modes.An illustrative evaluation has been conducted on the impact of the quantity of maintenance teams and predictive maintenance on system availability,defining appropriate operational configurations and maintenance resources to achieve targeted availability.The reliability and availability of the simulation system were analyzed based on historical data of faults.It turned out during the operation,the reliability of the dual maintenance team was higher than that of the single maintenance team,and its advantage was more obvious with the increase of operating span.
