摘　　要：为了调查中学生日常体力活动水平,并分析其与营养状况的关联,课题组于2018年11—12月在上饶市采用分层整群随机抽样法,随机选取4个区县981名中学生作为研究对象,应用加速度计(Actigraph GT3X)精确测定学生1周的体力活动水平,并测量身高和体重,计算体质量指数BMI,采用Mann-Whitney检验或Kruskal-Wallis检验比较男女生不同人口学特征中差异,运用广义线性模型分析体力活动与中学生营养状况的关联。测量后分析结果表明:不同年龄、年级、户籍所在地、就读类型中学生BMI分布有统计学差异。广义线性模型分析结果显示,在调整人口学变量、生活行为、父母亲受教育程度、家庭年收入等变量后,女生的低强度和中强度体力活动与其BMI有关联,而在男生中并未观察到有统计学意义的关联。In order to investigate the daily physical activity level of middle school students and analyze its correlation with nutritional status,the research group adopted stratified cluster random sampling method in Shangrao City from November to December 2018,randomly selected 981 middle school students from 4 districts and counties as research objects,and accurately measured the physical activity level of students in 1 week with the accelerometer(Actigraph GT3X).Height and weight were measured,body mass index(BMI)was calculated,Mann-Whitney test or Kruskal-Wallis test was used to compare the differences in different demographic characteristics of male and female students,and generalized linear model was used to analyze the association between physical activity and nutritional status of middle school students.The results show that the BMI distribution of middle school students has statistical difference in different age,grade,residence place and type of study.The results of generalized linear model analysis showed that afer adjusting for demographic variables,life behaviors,parental education,family income,low and moderate-intensity physical activity was associated with BMI in girls,while no statistically significant association was observed in boys.
