墨脱两种桫椤科植物的叶片形态结构与光合特性比较研究

摘  要:本研究旨比较了解西藏墨脱毛叶黑桫椤和白桫椤的生长状况,使用Li-6400便携式光合仪测定同一生境下毛叶黑桫椤和白桫椤的净光合速率(Pn)、胞间CO_(2)浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)、水蒸气压亏损(VPD)及光响应曲线,并计算水分利用效率(WUE),利用叶面积测定仪、SPAD-502便携式叶绿素测定仪测定两种桫椤的叶片结构特征参数与叶绿素含量,结果表明,相同生境下,白桫椤的光补偿点远高于毛叶黑桫椤,光饱和点却比毛叶黑桫椤略低,说明毛叶黑桫椤对弱光的利用能力较白桫椤强,比白桫椤更耐阴,白桫椤光补偿点较毛叶黑桫椤高,说明其利用弱光能力相对较低,能耐较强光。毛叶黑桫椤光补偿点低,光饱和点高,说明其适应光照的范围大。二者的叶片结构与光合生理之间的参数有显著差异性;Pearson分析结果表明,LL/LW对光合生理的影响最为显著(P<0.01),且同时使用RDA冗余分析对叶片形态结构与光合特性之间的关联性进行分析,得到与Pearson分析一致的结论。In order to better understand the growth status of Gymnosphaera andersonii and Sphaeropteris brunoniana in Xizang,a Li-6400 portable photosynthetic instrument was used to measure the net photosynthetic rate(Pn),intercellular CO_(2)concentration(Ci),transpiration rate(Tr),stomatal conductance(Gs),water vapor pressure deficit(VPD),and light response curve of G.andersonii and S.brunoniana in the same habitat.The results showed that the light compensation point of G.andersonii in the same habitat was 17.05μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),light saturation point 1601.6016μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),while the light compensation point of S.brunoniana is 136.13614μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),with a light saturation point of 1463.46346μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),both of which are negative plants.The light compensation point of S.brunoniana is much higher than that of G.andersonii,but the light saturation point is slightly lower than that of G.andersonii.This indicates that G.andersonii has a stronger ability to utilize weak light than S.brunoniana and is more tolerant to shade than S.brunoniana.The light compensation point of S.brunoniana is higher than G.andersonii,indicating that its ability to utilize weak light is relatively low and it can tolerate stronger light.G.andersonii has a low light compensation point and a high light saturation point,indicating a wide range of adaptation to light.There is a significant difference in the parameters between leaf structure and photosynthetic physiology between the two.Pearson analysis showed that LL/LW had the most significant impact on photosynthetic physiology(P<0.01).
