摘　　要：随着大数据技术的普遍应用,基层治理数字化转型升级已成为社会治理现代化的必然趋势。公安工作是社会治理的重要环节,数据化时代探讨公安情报工作在合成作战警务运行机制中的定位与发展,对于促进公安工作更好地适应国家治理现代化要求具有重要意义。当前,在多警种合成作战运行机制中,公安情报工作在核心职能、多元互动、数据挖掘和情报主导作用等方面仍存在一定的不足,需要在明确公安情报工作定位的基础上,从治理主体、治理工具和治理机制三个维度创新其发展路径。With the widespread application of big data technology,the digital transformation and upgrading of grassroots governance has become an inevitable trend in the modernization of social governance.Public security work is an important part of social governance.In the era of data,exploring the positioning and development of public security intelligence work in the operational mechanism of synthetic warfare policing is of great significance for promoting public security work to better adapt to the requirements of the modernization of national governance.Currently,in the operating mechanism of multi-police combined operations,there are still certain deficiencies in the public security intelligence work in terms of core functions,multiple interactions,data mining and intelligence leading role.It is necessary to innovate its development path from three dimensions of governance subjects,governance tools and governance mechanisms on the basis of clarifying the positioning of public security intelligence work.
