摘 要:针对某安全阀启闭特性影响无法满足设计需求的问题,需要对液流力进行分析。首先进行流场仿真与分析,研究安全阀内部流体的流动特性与液流力作用规律,得到安全阀启闭特性不足的主要原因是安全阀出口结构不合理;基于动力学分析与CFD仿真结果构建AMESim仿真模型并复现实验曲线,通过提高出口位置以及扩大出口直径实现安全阀的结构优化。结果表明该方法可以有效改善安全阀的启闭特性,使其关闭压力达到正常关闭要求。In view of the problem that the opening and closing characteristics of a safety valve can not meet the design requirements,liquid flow force analysis is needed.The flow field simulation and analysis was carried out to study the flow characteristics of the fluid inside the safety valve and the action law of liquid flow force.It is concluded that the main reason for the inadequate opening and closing characteristics of the safety valve is the unreasonable outlet structure of the safety valve.Then,based on the results of dynamic analysis and CFD simulation,the AMESim simulation model was built and the experimental curve was repeated.By increasing the outlet position and expanding the outlet diameter,the structure of the safety valve was optimized.The results show that this method can effectively improve the opening and closing characteristics of the safety valve and make its closing pressure meet the requirements of normal closing.
