摘　　要：习近平总书记在省部级主要领导干部推动金融高质量发展专题研讨班开班式上深刻阐释了金融强国的理论内涵,明确要坚定走中国特色金融发展之路,释放了以金融高质量发展推进金融强国建设的鲜明信号。立足新时代中国国情,有必要以唯物史观理解金融强国的理论内涵,进而探讨从金融大国迈向金融强国的现实路径。从发展的视角来看,金融强国目标的提出是遵循现代金融发展客观规律、循序渐进发展的历史必然结果,是提升国家软实力的必然选择,也是实现高质量发展的现实需要和中国式现代化的内在要求。鉴于我国金融发展面临着“大而不强、全而不优”的现实问题,在由金融大国向金融强国迈进的过程中,必须坚持党中央集中统一领导、积极培育关键核心金融要素,以服务好实体经济为本源,牢牢守住不发生系统性金融风险的底线;致力于金融工作的“稳”“活”“优”,通过金融高质量发展推进金融强国建设。General Secretary Xi Jinping profoundly expounded the theoretical connotations of a financial powerhouse at the opening ceremony of the seminar for provincial and ministerial level leaderson promoting high-quality financial development,clearly stating the need to firmly follow the path of financial development with Chinese characteristics,and released a clear signal to promote the construction of a financial powerhouse through high-quality financial development.Based on the national conditions of China in the new era,this paper interprets the theoretical connotations of a"financial superpower"with the materialist historical view,and explores the practical path from a financial power to a financial powerhouse.From a developmental perspective,the goal of a financial powerhouse is a historical necessity of following the objective laws of modern financial development and gradual development.It is also a necessary choice to enhance the soft power of China,and it is also the practical need for high-quality development and the inherent requirement of Chinese-style modernization.In view of the reality that China's financial development is facing the problem of being"big but not strong,comprehensive but not excellent",in the process of moving from a financial power to a financial powerhouse,it is necessary to adhere to the centralized and unified leadership of the Party Central Committee,actively cultivate key core financial elements,prioritize serving the real economy,and firmly guard against systemic financial risks.The focus should be on ensuring stability,vitality,and excellence in financial work,thereby promoting the construction of a financial powerhouse through high-quality financial development.
