摘  要:利用中国劳动力动态调查数据构造城市层面的教育机会公平衡量指标,并结合中国流动人口动态调查以及相关城市特征数据,采用条件Logit模型探讨了教育机会公平如何影响劳动力的流动决策。研究发现,不同城市间教育机会公平的差异是影响劳动力流入地选择的重要因素。具体而言,劳动力倾向于流入教育机会公平程度高的城市,但这一偏好会随着城市落户门槛的提高而减弱。进一步分析表明,教育机会公平对劳动力的吸引作用存在明显的个体特征异质性,高教育水平、新生代、具有正规就业身份和已婚的劳动力群体更看重地区教育机会公平程度。文章结论对如何引导劳动力合理有序流动、优化地区人力资本配置有重要的参考意义。This article uses data from the China Labor-force Dynamics Survey to construct a measure of equity in educational opportunity in urban areas,and combines it with the China Migrants Dynamic Survey and data reflecting characteristics of relevant cities to explore how equity in educational opportunity affects labor-force inflow decisions using a conditional Logit model.It found that the difference in equity in educational opportunity between different cities is an important factor affecting the choice of labor-force inflow destination.Specifically,labor force tend to flow into cities with high levels of equity in educational opportunities,but this preference will weaken as the threshold for urban settlement increases.Further analysis shows that there is a significant heterogeneity in individual characteristics of the attraction of educational opportunity equity to labor force that individuals with high education,new-generation migrants,labor-force groups with formal employment status,and married individuals will place greater emphasis on the level of educational opportunity equity.The conclusion has important reference to guiding the rational and orderly flow of labor force and optimizing the allocation of regional human capital.
